Available in 4-Port T1/E1/PRI for up to 120 calls
Product details
What is the Vega 400G?
The Vega 400G digital VoIP gateways are small devices that effortlessly connect your legacy telephony infrastructure, consisting of PRI (T1/E1) or BRI lines, to IP networks. In the event of a catastrophic failure, the built-in bypass ports ensure that a connected secondary Vega 400G automatically takes over as the primary unit. In addition, the Vega 400G supports T.38 fax, TLS and SRTP, as well as flexible routing and automated configuration via TR‑069.
Who is the Vega 400G for?
Ideal for businesses with legacy telephony equipment (such as TDM telephone systems) that want to connect to SIP trunking services without modifying their current network infrastructure. It is also suitable for businesses that are already VoIP at their core (with an IP PBX) and need PSTN connectivity and a SIP‑to‑TDM converter.
How does it work?
Simply place the Vega digital VoIP gateway at the edge of your network, connect your existing Internet cable for VoIP connectivity and the E1/T1 or BRI cables from your telephone system, and let the Vega digital VoIP gateway automatically handle SIP signaling and voice media conversion for seamless voice communications.
The Vega 400G digital VoIP gateway is available in:
